The name and surname of the celebrant, date of birth of the celebrant, name and surname of the celebrant's parent/guardian, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (hereinafter information), which they provide on this form for booking a date for celebrating a birthday, will be processed by EUROMARKT Center d.o.o. for the purpose of implementing the contract of the event and informing about changes in the organisation of the event. The provision of this information is a contractual requirement and a prerequisite for the event's execution.

In the case of consent for direct marketing, EUROMARKT Center d.o.o. will process the data specified in the consent for direct marketing for the purpose of informing about novelties, advertising material, and general offers at the Citypark shopping centre.

You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete all or some of the processed data, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in writing with a request sent to the headquarters of EUROMARKT Center d.o.o., Moskovska ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana, or by e-mail to info@citypark.si. You can also object, transfer data, and file a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

You have the right to ask the organiser at any time to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes, either permanently or temporarily. The organiser will not pass on the data to third parties, with the exception of Živa Gregorač Tomše s.p., Reboljeva 16, 1000 Ljubljana, for the purpose of celebrating a birthday, the company Tauria, digitalni marketing d.o.o., Smoletova ulica 16, 1000 Ljubljana, for the purpose of sending electronic news, and public authorities to whom it is obliged to provide data on the basis of applicable regulations.
